Tax will be automatically applied to your order at checkout. Canada, GCC countries, Non-EU International countries: Import sales taxes and customs duties arising in the country of destination will be billed separately. Different customs duty rates apply depending on the product ordered. After the order is received, we will inform you of the applicable customs duty rate. You can then confirm the order. As the recipient you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. In some cases the payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If we are unable to advise the amount, we will always seek your confirmation prior to dispatch. EU countries: Prices include VAT at the rate required by law.
After your order has been processed and shipped, CÔCO GIN will email you an invoice with tracking number. If you have an account with CÔCO GIN, you can check the online status of your order and track your order using your order number. Your order status may take up to 48 hrs to update once your order has been placed or a change has been made.
Unfortunately there may be certain countries we cannot ship to due to shipping limitations or government sanctions. Customer Service will notify you if an order cannot be shipped.
Orders must be shipped to their destination. In-store pickup is not available.
All orders come with a gift receipt. Most products arrive in a luxury CÔCO GIN gift box. At the moment we do not offer gift wrapping. At checkout you can enter a personalized message. Customer service will hand write or type a note on your behalf to place in the box. At this moment, notes must be written in roman characters. For clarification please contact Customer Service.
