Return & exchanges
We hope you are delighted with your CÔCO GIN purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase from this Site, we will accept merchandise for a refund or merchandise credit under the following conditions:
- Unused Item(s) must be in their original condition and in their original packaging.
- Any damaged, used, or altered returns or anything CÔCO GIN considers unreasonable will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
- Item(s) must be received by CÔCO GIN no later than 30 days after the date of delivery.
- Item(s) returned outside the above time frames will be accepted at CÔCO GIN’s discretion. Sales items and exchanged items may not be returned or exchanged.
- We recommend shipping merchandise for return via DPD CHRONOPOST for tracking purposes. We also recommend that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.
- Gift Returns may be exchanged for other product. You must include your gift receipt or packing slip in the return. If your requested exchange item is of greater value than the original gift receipt, you must pay the difference. Refunds and cash backs for lesser value items will not be provided.
- Custom-made, exclusive or limited-edition pieces may not be refunded or exchanged.

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase from this Site, please follow these instructions:
- Obtain a Return Authorization form, please e-mail us at hello@cocogin.com.
- Complete the Return Authorization form and place it in the box, following instructions given by Customer Service.
- Returns must be shipped for processing to: CÔCO GIN/ Returns 116 rua de São Bernardo. RC. 1200-827 Lisbon – Portugal.
- Contact DPD Chronopost for a pickup, or drop off package at a location.
- Please keep a copy of your Return Authorization form and Return Label in the event you need to contact Customer Service.
- Please pack the product in the same way you received it, using sufficient bubble wrap, foam or paper cushions for delicate pieces.
We will accept merchandise returns for an exchange or refund under the following conditions:
- Refunds will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase.
- In the case of pre-payment, direct debit and bank transfers, we will transfer the money back to your bank account.
- CÔCO GIN will refund your order on receipt of a return. This may take an estimate of 3-5 business days upon receipt of the returned product.
- International refunds will be paid in the same currency as purchase.
- Shipping charges and duties will not be refunded, except for manufacturing defects or damages.
- Should there be any defects or damaged items in your order, please contact Customer Service immediately upon receipt. We will replace defective goods at the earliest possible convenience.
